Use a rubber mallet to set each plank by hitting each of the seams. The drop and lock feature makes the seams perfectly smooth and prevents the planks from shifting. Drop the next planks and click in to lock each plank in place. Use one of the planks placed upward on the wall to create that gap very quickly.Ĥ. Don’t worry, you won’t feel it expand or contract at all. Leave about a 1/4 inch or so space between the base of the wall and the LVP as it will expand and contract with big temperature changes.
